We are a family friendly, semi-private Martial Arts Academy specializing in the disciplines of Karate and Jiu Jitsu. Class sizes are limited to give each student personalized attention. Our goal is to offer the highest quality martial arts instruction in the area.

WHAT WE TEACH
KARATE
Karate (空手), translating to “the empty hand”, is predominately known as a striking-based art but traditionally utilizes grappling techniques, making it a well rounded system for fighting and self protection.
We teach a blend of Tang Soo Do, Sport Karate and Kickboxing.
JIU JITSU
Jiu Jitsu (柔術), translating to “the gentle art”, is a grappling-based art that teaches how to use angles, body positioning, and leverage to defeat a bigger, stronger opponent.
We teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and are an affiliated academy under the world-renowned, ROY DEAN.
